If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the merchandise unused with your receipt and in original packaging within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be in the original condition as the date of sale. Refunds will be credited back to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
Sorry, there are no returns on special ordered items or custom-made items.

Shipping charges are selected and displayed in your shopping bag at the time of your order. This information also appears in your order confirmation email.
Occasionally, we need to send your order in two or more shipments. Our shipping charge applies only to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping charges for subsequent shipments for the same order.
If you're shopping for several people at once and want to ship various items to several addresses, you must place a separate order for each address. A single order cannot be shipped to multiple addresses. Applicable shipping fees apply to each order placed.
Potential service interruptions may take place during busy holiday seasons. Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control such as high shipping seasons, harsh environmental conditions along the shipping route, and other disruptions.
Most orders will be processed in one to two business days. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the next business day. Custom orders can take up to six weeks depending on the complexity of the item.
